Are the DDE Lightening Titanium sold on bimmer boulevard legit (120 bucks)? Why are they 80 dollars cheaper than Predator Chromiums? Thanks.

people will tell you that the predator chromiums are the best of the best of the best of the best of the best...and i could go on and on and on and on...
you get my point, hence their pricier tags.

and yes the titaniums are cheaper. from what i hear the titaniums need a lil triming on the head lights to fit since they are thicker then other brands out there.

search the forums, find pics and judge for yourself which kit you think is good. they all almost look identical. chromiums come with lifetime warranty as long as the vendor that sells them are still in business i suppose. other brands come with lifetime warranty also.

you should use the search option.. plenty of threads on this topic already.. it's a current war.. haha.. anyway.. yes TE's take a lil readjustment with the headlight trim because they are thicker.... chromiums are thinner so they dont require the to shave the trim...

Nope, no need to trim your headlight with Predator Chromiums. They are specifically designed to fit perfectly around the headlight and work with your stock headlights, causing no permanent modification to your stock parts

As for the original thread, definitely do a search as there have been multiple comparisons between the products.

I have the bimmerblvds and they work fine

And I didn't have to cut anything, I just gorilla glued the inner lights in. Work fine and look great.

My DDE Titaniums fit and work just fine. bimmerblvd and tyler@uniqueeurodesign have them, and both are great vendors as well.

No need to fear this thread. Titanium edition is a 2 year old model, so it is priced accordingly. Predator Chromium is the latest and greatest technology.

Both are good kits, one is just slightly better and is priced accordingly. A 2001 330Ci is still a great car, but if you can afford it, go for the 2007 335i, you know?

Contact us if you decide to go with Chromium we're happy to help

You'll be happy either way. They are a little tougher to install but they look pretty good. We used to sell them till Chromium came out, since we are extremely picky about our products being the best on the market.

Best of luck, enjoy your kit!

The titaniums are a great kit, IMO the best looking on the market. We're running a special on them for $135 shipped, starting tomorrow. Keep an eye out for our thread.

If you have any specific product questions we would be happy to answer them for you.

Here are a couple pic's of the Titaniums next to the raptors just so you can kindof see the differences. The titaniums are the thicker rings

That's an incredibly nice gesture and offer. Props to you for volunteering to help out. You've done hundreds of them?

I also have DDE Titaniums, and had absolutely no issues whatsoever during the install.

When I was working in Atlanta I would install them on weekends to make some extra cash. I got it down to about a 30-45 minute install.
