Wtf!!!! Fiber Design. Hung U Owe Me Big

So im doing a reconstruction on my car. BIG project. Decided to hook up fiberdesign with all my orders. Trusted them to do it all right. Well, that was back in the middle of june.

I ordered many things and made it a point to have them shipped to my mechanics shop in puyallup wa.

* P46 Projectors w/dde and 8k HID
* Carbon Fiber CSL trunk addon
* 12.6"/ 11" Brembo Grand Turismo Big Brake kit
* Technik Power SUpercharger
* M3 front bumper
* ACS cf lip

Total $9,500 +

pretty freakin good size order. Thought i should get some good service..... NO!!
PROBLEMS!
*P46 took almost a month to get cause of payment to umnitza.
*Carbon fiber csl trunk addon was badly damaged in mail
*M3 front and acs lip were sent to my house not my shop. had to pay another $200 to ship to my shop.
*Technik supercharger was supposed to be shipped july 1st. Called hung many times no answer. Emailed hung and he said it was shipped out. ITS AUGUST 10th and no supercharger!. Almost two months later from when order was placed. I called mike at technik and he said he has the supercharger sitting in this shop waiting for payment from fiberdesign. ****ing bullshit. They still havent shipped it out nor has FIBERDESIGN even paid for the charger with the money i gave him. WOW.

So at this moment FIberdesign has $6000.00 of my money somewhere. I demand an HONEST answer hung and you better be kissing my feet cause i will bring you down. This is pathetic. Im hooking them up with a huge order and they cant even send me my products.

BTW... this isnt the first time people have had complaints. You run a poor business. I look forward to hearing what other excuses you'll give me. lol. Im sorry i ever backed you up and spent over $13,000 through you. my mistake.

just bullshit like he didnt know. Then that mike at technik shipped out the supercharger. That was a month ago. uuurrrrgggg..... im heated.

guess hung wrote technik a check for the supercharger and it bounced. Hung said he is busy moving to a new shop. NICE EXCUSE AGAIN! WTF.

If anyone ever deals with them after this thread and the other thread calling him out, well then you deserve to be screwed. There are plenty on sponsors who will take care of you so you dont have to put up with this kind of crap. Euro-spec, Unique Designs, Mike@modbargins have all taken GREAT care of me and have a great rep on here just to name a few. I am sorry you have been screwed. I hope everything works out and they make up for there god aweful service.

i've been saying the same thing for years about umnitza... and he probably makes more money than any of the other vendors.

Sorry to hear about your shortcomings Bro!!! Always have shipping insurance included for every order you make...As for the slackin' Sponsors: stay on them daily, telephone, email, PM or if possible, IN PERSON (they love surprises)!!!

I`d be plenty pissed after a week!!!!

BTW i too ordered the CF CSL spoiler which looked beautiful ....apart from the edges which were chipped!!! I had already decidedto paint the thing apart from the top edge so this means a filing down of the corners.....

same here. the corners were chipped off. he must not package any of the addons right. seems like he would learn the first time it happened so he would have to deal with it. i dont get it.
