Foglight bulb, which one?

How do I figure out which bulb I need, it is NOT in the owner's manual.

I was going to put some really nice H7 bulbs in my high beams until I found out that I have bi-xenon so that would be a waste of nice bulbs. But maybe my fogs are H7, anyone here happen to know?

9006 r the fogs, get some nice 6000K headlights and fogs

fogs are 9006

hoen xenon match

anything more and you will need amps and wirng harnesses

No amps or wiring harnesses needed for my HID fogs, very plain and simple plug and play.

if anyone learns anything from this thread, its to not trust anyone in a 5 series.

hahah im just messin with u, dont u forget i have a 5 too. and actually they dont burn as hot as Halogen and they consume less power, so ur stock harnesses are fine IM SMARTER THAN JEFF

6000k burn at least 80w-100w
55w is oem

HID fogs use 25W or is it 30W i forgot, HID is def more energy efficent than a halogen bulb, a halogen bulb is like the least efficient, trust me i took AP Environmental Science Last year

wow do u not read? those are stock halogen Bulbs, HID bulbs have built in ballasts and igniters, they are essentially xenon lights, u want me to go take out my ballast now to check the wattage, im pretty sure its 25W.

the ballasts r plug and play, no wire splicing or anything, plus read the chart its 35W compared to Halogens 55W. Jeff IM me next time for the real Deal, im the true E46 Fanatic.
