he wants to know if anyone has put projectors and hid in their high beam portion of the headlight.

The answer is yes. Otherside (luis) did it and has quad projectors now. If you look on this site, you will find it.

The only downside to putting hids in your high beam is that you lose the ability to flash them as (A) HIDs take a second to heat up and (B) flashing HIDs dramaticly kills their life span

It's very possible, you would just need a separate H7 HID kit. The issue is that HID kits are not meant to be flashed as it damages the ballasts and bulb, as a result if have to flash your high beams you may prematurely wear them out.

In any case, we could definitely package a set of P46's with full HIDs in both the high and low beams
