HELP---trying to change my 323i passenger side turn signal

Could the owners manual be any more vague????? I need help figuring out what hook i need to release and which way i need to release it..it seems to be a flimsy piece of plastic in there...HELP

I'm pretty sure you're supposed to push that flimsy piece of plastic down and then pull the turn signal out. It's really easy, look at this DIY: http://www.e46fanatics.com/howto/how...php?howto_id=7
