should bmw enter nascar?

I gotta say.. I've not watch in a long long time. used to as a kid quite often. BMW definitely makes a car that could enter, they have a v8. and I would watch because I'm definitely a bmw fan. what do you guys think?

If it doesn't make left AND right turns I wouldn't be interested.

meh. I think it has a place in sports. there is alot of work that goes into making those cars turn left and they are a pain in the ass to drive (yes I have driven one before at the RP experience ) I'm more interested in the technology that bmw could bring to the table. and how could a 9000rpm bmw engine trickle down to us

BMW in NASCAR?

As for BMW having a V8, they don't have one that fits NASCAR rules. Of course, neither does Toyota, so NASCAR allows them to build one from scratch, but I'm quite sure they closely regulate it to not be any more advanced that GM, Ford, or Chrysler.

Funny topic.

This move will provide incentive for BMW and the likes to join.

They still are in the nationwide series... They run different engines than the sprint cup
