all right. this thread is against my better judgment - because the pride fanboys will have their say
 ufc 62 just wrapped up. highlights ... (1) babalu gets his ass knocked out about a minute and a half in. so much for him being chuck's toughest test. the same m.o. with chuck - bell rings and he unleash a flurry of punches for a quick K.O. (2) griffin beats bonnar in a close decision. all three rounds were close slugfests but it was clear that griffin came out on top in each. was a really good fight, but there was a lot of booing. which i cant figure out at all.

i'd MUCH rather see penn fight for the title, anyways oh yeah, i saw this earlier on sherdog. chuck and babalu partying earlier this year  i guess chuck's a boob man

I can't believe or I guess I can believe that Tito & Shamrock will fight again. I'm just glad it's on spike & not a ppv.
And I liked when Tito told him to wait until December to get the gut off.

Griffin/Bonnar was weak compared to their first fight.
Liddell/bablu was much more entertaining (especially when he tried ot fight Big John) Anyone see the next fight? The canadian guy was out cold from that choke... talk about not giving up.

undercard fights were really good. the lightweight fight, hermes hanging in there. that big ass french dude, kongo, he's pretty impressive. bonnar v. griffin is a really solid stand up match - the only part of the night that pisses me off is the crowd booing. anyone who expected this rematch to go down exactly like the first fight is a moron. common sense dictates that they would be slightly less wreckless, because the first time around, they had nothing to lose. where as this time, they're both rebounding from losses, so the loser of this fight has a LOT to lose. if that makes any sense. oh yeah, nick diaz winning pissed me off. he was a last minute replacement. so now he's f*cking back in the ufc. i hate that guy.
