coupe hk upgrade

for those of you with coupes with hk how do you feel about the sound? I had a 99 sedan with hk and it sounded great. My 2002 coupe with hk sounds horrible! I would like to upgrade with stealthboxes but I am curious as to how they sound in a coupe and what other speakers need to be upgraded. ANy suggestions? trying not to spend too much money on the upgrade.

It's pretty good as long as you're listening to a CD. The FM reception sucks and I think that's what's making it sound bad.

The sound is great on CD. My rear speaker rattled like an SOB when I would crank it up. Dealer did fix it but the rattle it still faint.

i have the Hk in my sedan, and my friend has it in his coupe. his sounds like crap. go aftermarket. i don't know why there is sucha difference.

I've only heard the HK in the sedan. Is the coupe on that bad?.. how is it compared to the stock system in the coupe?
