Where do I buy...

These shields that go under HID ballasts to protect them from water? I've seen them at a few shows, but have no idea where people got em.

Are you talking about the ballast installation bracket? A sheet metal piece same size as the ballast, but has an extension with a hole in it?

Do you mean the relocation brackets (like for a CAI, etc)? Thats not what this is.. The ballast stays in the OEM spot, just has a shield under it...
