Once plugged in, you have to select mode button on your Business Cd or Professional radio Unit and it plays....

OK, here's a question. I have an 02 so of course i don't have all the extra options like Satelite radio, and the Aux input. If i was to swap my head unit with an 03 i would have those options but does it requirer any extra wiring to have them?

If it's the head unit only, it's just a swap, plug and play. But if you wanted auxiliary inputs, and ipod options, yes, you need harnesses for those. But of course, verify the head unit if it will work on an 02, it should, but just to make sure...you know...

BTW, is your 02' facelifted?

ealzar's correct. The radio would be compatible - this is a simple Plug and Play.

OEM does not display text, only the DICE is capable of this.

Does ipod adaptor replace 6disc? I have a changer in my 99 328i... will the adapter still work on this?

The DICE is compatible for your 328, this will replace your CD Changer but retain the in-dash CD player.
