I got some Nike ones and I finally wear actual gym shorts now. I used to always wear Puma pants at the gym but that got old. Then I stepped to wearing boardshorts and that sucked, and now I finally wear some decent clothes that were made for the gym and it's so much better.

They keep my muscle warmed up and I never cramp up when I wear them.

they keep your legs warmer I guess but at the same time they wick sweat away from your legs. Plus for runners and athletes, they keep your balls from flopping around.

NICE, i just used these for a leg workout this week. They really feel good when doing squats. I like to pull my gym shorts up a bit so i can see the spandex hugging my leg and try to get a pump feeling from it
