I have been looking in the mirror alot lately and noticing that my arms are looking more toned and muscular, and that I can start to see the middle/lower abdomen. I don't mean to brag, because I am certainly not as ripped as most of you fellas in the H&F sub-forum. Is that being vain? I dunno... I am just super excited to actually see some results.
I still want to keep working toward the "six pack" look, but like usual- my lower abs don't show up nearly as much as the top or middle two. Not like my top two are chiseled from stone- but it is fun seeing what I've earned. [/brag] ![]() Also: what are some tricep exercises that show results only using body-manipulation or free weights? (Machine-less) (body-manipulation meaning pushup/situp type exercises) That is my next target area to try to get bigger. Thanks for the advice on the questions i've asked in the H&F forum, and thanks in advance for any you guys will post in the future! -Chris

Tricep dips are good, and once you get better you can put both your feet up onto one of those gym balls. You can try tricep push-ups as well, keep your arms closer to your body and your hands further in while doing your normal push-up, don't know how to explain that well, sorry! There's a lot more but I can't explain it for sh!t, including holding a dumbell or a weight over your head with your elbows close to your head and in one spot, using your forearms to pivot with the weight backwards and forwards... yeap, can't explain for sh!t.

Skullcrushers are the best for Tricepts, it moulds the tricepts closer to the elbow rather then the shoulder...

nothing wrong with "bragging" on this forum, be proud of your accomplishments, if anything it shows other people that results are possible.
keep it up |

Triceps. No "t."
You can do skullcrushers at home on the floor. Without a bench, your best bet is gravediggers (put your arms on one bench/chair/whatever and your feet on the other and dip down) and diamond (close grip) push-ups.

You can do close arm bench, skull crushers with a dumb bell (shitting on the shoulder press chair), then you can do all kinds of cable exercises.
