there was sone lexus thing in bundeena today at the RSL club. there 40+ cars. all IS250, IS250C, IS350, ISF. got one crappy pic from my iphone 3G.

there was a mad ISF wrapped in a matte black vinyl. car was originally white and it look/sounded great. had a butterfly valve exhaust, not sure if its standard but when the button was pressed, it sounded amasing. and yet it fails compared an M3 in every single way. and if a 4 dorr was an unnegotiable criteria id buy a c63 over an e90 m3 and the isf so effectlively, i wouldnt buy it. but it still looked good

The ISF is legit. It's a great first effort by Lexus with it's crosshair squared directly at the M3 and C63. It's a cracker of a car but the BMW sets the benchmark, so to burst out of the box and demand Gold on it's first tour would be brave. Trust me, Lexus' next outing will see something special! I do agree with you Aaron, at the price point, I would pick an M3, but I would have to test drive the other two just to make sure.

LFA is a ground breaking car! so much new technology has gone into it and the looks are to die for. the new IS range is definitely a big step forward for Lexus in re-branding themselves, and the LFA is going to upset some of the most pioneering European super cars just like Nissan did with their new GTR.

The GTR was/is so good because of the price.... LFA is 5 times the price of a GTR.......

got no pics of the ISF in matt black :-( didn't have my phone on me when i saw it.

as for the LFA, 750000 for a lexus, please. 458 italia for 3/4 the price of the lexus, has better looks, handling, performance (0-100 and top speed) and ultimately the prestige. why even consider the lexus??

murcielago lp640, gallardo lp560, 458, 430, Porsche speedster, porsche gts, porsche turbo series II S are all cars id buy on top of the lexus.

i completely agree with assail on his price comment as well
