robbing with a sword is a good thing

limited edition refers to the gibson-authorized epiphone copy of the 1962 thin neck SG. i like this MUCH better than the current gibson SG because its so chunky that playing on/holding/navigating is difficult. this one just feels so natural

its an entirely mahogany body with a set neck

That's not bad for an off the peg "designer" suit.

Oh, and Mist, if you can stretch to it, once in your life buy a Brioni suit - I've got a couple and OMFG Not cheap mind - makes Chris' look like pocket change!

Now I know that this is going to sound gay, but wearing my Brioni and Boateng suits really do make a difference to how I feel and perform at work (and when out socialising). Not in a Barney from HIMYM way, but in a "I'm here and this **** is real" sort of way - being dressed to kill rocks!

I know exactly what you mean but....

You should wear your clothes, don't let them wear you.

Eh? My Brioni and Boateng suits are tailored - I do wear them! These aren't off the peg numbers that are generic, these suits are built to my frame, correcting minor flaws (differing shoulder heights for example) - all with the intention of making me the focus of the ensemble - not the other way around.

Your saying that your suit gives you confidence, I'm just saying it shouldn't be that way. Anything can be tailored, the man makes the suit...not the other way around.

I'm not too familiar with Brioni (whether they're bespoke, made-to-measure, or off the rack). But I'm fairly confident a bespoke suit from a decent tailor vs. the usual (zegna, brioni, armani, et al) off-the-rack/made-to-measure, the former will always look better and be cheaper.
