Fun to look at some of the early items in this thread, wonder if people would still purchase some of the stuff posted...

Expecting some bike vids.

I'm finally able to afford some framing. These have been sitting around for awhile: A Tool poster I got 2 years ago at a show and a couple prints I bought over a year ago

Pretty sick. I've been wanting to build an unnecessarily powerful computer for awhile now but would rather spend $$$ on other things

I had a big hang-up on that as well, but with a new business idea in mind, it became apparent i was going to have to do lots of CAD work for a neat new UAV business, so i justified the purchase as a business investment, however it's also going to serve as my personal cloud computer with my macbook air.

Business expense I like it. I'm sure it can easily handle it, but Algodoo is a fairly comprehensive physics simulator that has managed to bog down the more powerful computers I've had a chance to use. Everything is fine until water gets added to the mix, then it all goes to hell. So I guess what I'm getting at is: can your new build run CFD? Hahaha

Everything is a business investment, i mean, i'm the most important employee in my business, and the happier i am as an employee, the more i can do for my company, so of course a biannual company paid trip to hawaii is necessary...

And we'll see how it does with CFD work, being that i'll be making a flying craft and doing lots of airfoil modeling, it better be good, it was also why i chose the 990x processor, it kicks ass at any multi threaded tasks.

Bad news is that motherboard i got was no good (had a bent pin) so i'm waiting on shipping to get my new one.

And scott, in addition to those tool posters, you need to grab one of these, i've been meaning to get around to grabbing one of these on a huge hardback.

Bought diptych of a map of Amsterdam and a print of a map of Paris.

Went to these two places for our honeymoon last month (and Koln, but the artist doesn't have a Koln print).
