Having a removable core like that of the MIAD grip would be nice.

Please don't use the term "assault rifle" that's an anti-gun propaganda fear tactic. Just call it an AR or semi-automatic rifle.

thats not bad actually. i wonder how much it is to get into shooting sports
like assuming ammo @ $1/round retail, thats $200-$400 a week just on ammo

.223 is around $0.25 - $0.35 for each round. So 200 rounds would be around $50 - $70 dollars, which is not too bad. Of course, there is more expensive ammo, for more specialized/specific purposes, but this is the general going rate.

you gotta buy it in bulk to get to like 25c a pop right? like the 1000 round cases? that means you are spending... ~250-500 a month on ammo if you buy everything bulk and the cheapest sh!t around?
are the cheap sh!t reloads? or are they factory?
but for pistol ammo, 9mm is about the same as .223 then? thats pretty wack considering 9mm costs less gun powder and brass to produce...

Most people will probably usually buy in bulk, either 500 rounds at a time or 1000 rounds. I guess if you're a really really casual shooter, then you might just buy 50 - 100 rounds, and that would probably be around .50 for each round. This is if you decided to go shooting that day and went to your local sporting goods store that sold guns/ammo, and bought the ammo there in the small boxes (usually 15 or 20 rounds in each small box). .30 is really average, and you'll get decent stuff at that price. You can get pretty good stuff even at .35. You just have to keep an eye out for who's having deals, etc, that day/week.

I'll grab 250 12 gauge game loads at a time. You can virtually store it anywhere and it saves money. Plus you don't have to buy as often.

For 12 gauge game loads, I just buy it at Wal Mart for $22-$20 for a box of 100. No benefit for buying anymore than that at a time. It's easy enough to drop by Wal Mart around here before going shooting, so it's not a big deal.

No it actually looks awesome. Why would I try "to get to him" The pics that are not from a camera look fake, like from COD or something.

I would post pictures too, but I lost all of my guns in a boating accident.

As said before, 223/5.56 is around 25 per round and 9mm around 17/20. Add in targets ($5-10) and range fees $40 (paid $500 for a yearly membership). I'm looking around $100 each time I shoot.

As for reloads, personally I wouldn't risk it. Then again, there has been failures with new ammo and well.

Lastly, why are you concerned about money? You're the one spending $300 on a t-shirt

Thoughts on this Clark's Ashcott shoe in grey? I have a different pair of Clarks that I am going to return and will have a bunch of store credit to use towards another pair.
