My first halfway decent smartphone. Has a full QWERTY keyboard and Microsoft Exchange support, which are what I was mostly looking for. Also has a second SIM card slot for using abroad with GSM providers. The Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync is awesome. Within 30 seconds of starting setup, I had every single contact, calendar item and a week's worth of email all downloaded.
