i was meaning to PM you....you said all you ride is dainese gear and so far that's all i ever bought for street and track (new to the track thing) except for boots. i had alpinestars for street but need recommendations for good boots for the track. was thinking the dainese torque rs....any input? and +1 on the ohlins rear shock...now i'm hunting for front forks , 27mm triple clamp , and ohlins steering damper.

and i thought photography was expensive

These Ducati's will tap that pocketbook. LOL! I have Dainese Torque's as well (...the "Out" version), and I'd recommend them. They are stylish, they wear well and the skid plate is replaceable. The "In" version won't work well when riding in jeans because of the nature in which it attaches to the suit. They also come in "Air" and non-"Air" versions; the former are perforated.

You'll like them. They are pretty comfortable too. I've worn them for full days.
