If that assumption was true and this was a sure bet, other people would sink their own money instead of lending it to you.
They lend it, at a reduced payoff, on the condition that you take the risk.
It's like going "all in" in every hand of poker.
You are right, if you were to put 0% down like people were doing.

I was suggesting putting 20% down. A lot of leeway for emergency situations.

I don't recommend doing this. You'll have 5 seperate mortgages, 5 utilitity payments, 5 taxes, 5 maintenance, etc. Instead of purchasing 5 houses at 3 families a pop, just buy a 15 unit building and keep all your eggs in one basket.

Link to the new car. Too lazy and tired from the 14hr drive back from PA. It's in great condition and the dude was super nice and made it a smooth transaction.

Nice buy. My brother had a 1997 S70 and it was a really solid car. It had good power, but with the fwd it torque steered like crazy.

Yeah the older ones are def built to last. I kinda like the torque steer when your running alot of boost

I was looking at those before I got set back on my Volvo kick. I've had 3 before this one so I knew what I wanted. Try the forums for a good find. The one I got had the two previous owners on there and I found alot of history on the car. Look beyond close to you. My flight, gas, tolls were only $400.
