Exclamation Problems With Chromium Preditors Install. Help.

Ok I brought my car to a shop that fixes exclusivly german cars around providence, Rhode Island for them to install my angel eyes. There arent many shops that do stuff like this around providence and the people in the place told me that they ave fixed OEM angeleyes before and that their sure they could install mine.

That being said, they baked my head lights and before they installed them they called me in. I came to the shop and they showed me that one of the halo's cable was disconnected and hence defect. So i told them to install only two helos (with all the wiring and a remote control kit).

They did install it. But frst of all there is a little moisture in the head lights now. Second of all the first 2 times i started my engine and put my head lights on the light on the dashboard light up for the head light, but the head lughts were working. After 20 minutes i has at home and swtched my engine on and off and put the head lights on again. And only one xenon bulb was working. Then I switched the engine of and on again and it started working again and the dashboard light is not lit anymore. It seemed to work fine after that. But the remote control kit still doesnt work.

The people at the shop said they didnt do anything besides follow the instuctions of the manual.???

Any ideal???

PS. I would like to send back the deffect halo and get a new one. It was broken when it arived in the box but since i didnt intall them myself i didnt notice that until they told me. Sponsor (JleviSW) please help.

PS. I can post pictures later if needed

Don't worry about sending back the halo we'll replace it free of charge - please just email us so we know who you are and which order you were

As for the moisture - That is an install issue. Open up the back and let it dry out, then seal the back tightly! I hope they resealed the lights properly.

There may have been a lose connection for the headlight, tell me if the problem persists.

In the future, Please EMAIL US FIRST. We don't check the forums as often as we check emails, and for best service you should ALWAYS call or email the vendor. We could have fixed this problem by shipping out a ring today, but since we didn't know about it till now, it has to wait till monday

And as far as the remote control kit goes i guess i will have them look it over and see if they didnt miss a step.
