Whats the best way to mod e46 sedan? (preface lift)

hey guys i have a 2000 328 sedan...the thing im more concerned about right now is the exterior...im only 18 now and i cant really afford to tune the car up at this time...so i already have rear, front, and side clears....i just got some 5 spoke rims...but the car is silver and its kinda lowered...what else should i do? id like to put some of those ///M flag sitckers on it but where do i get them? anythign else i should do? This car is also for sale though for 17500 with extra set of new snow tires and 5 spoke 17's.....i have this car listed as for sale already on this forum.

Dude, you say you want to mod, then you say you dont have $$ for a tune up?

Then you say this car is for sale, what kind of threat is this?

You want to make this car look better b4 you sell it?

Most enthuiasts will not want to buy a 328 that have M3 emblems on it, mine as well put some Type R stickers on it then!

The best thing you can do to sell this thing is to clean it up and detail it, that does not cost much at all..

I agree with ^^manydubs^^

Why do you want to spend money modding it when you are selling??

1. Do not put money into it if it is for sale.
2. Do NOT put ///M logos of any sort on your 328 - you will look like a fool.

two things...

1. don't mod at all if you are going to sell the car any time soon

2. don't put M emblems anywhere on a non-m except on the wheels if you get M style wheels

other than that, i don't understand the point of your thread

hmmm if you're not gonna sell, there are a couple of things you can do... from the pics i see tha tyou don't have clear sidemarkers...you could change those out and maybe treat yourself to a pair of angel eyes...or black out the window trim(if you wanna get that shadowline black look)? something like that yea and no ///M badge lol

if you will sell it down the road, only do reversible stuff.....

clears, halos, xenon fogs, and maybe an intake...

other than that, i'd leave it alone

I too recommend a set of angel eyes, definitely one of the most popular mods and will really change the look of your front end.

You can diagnose the xenon problem to the bulb or ballast/control unit, try swapping the bulb from the non working side to the other to see if the problem switches sides. If so you need a new bulb, if not you may have a faulty ballast/igniter.

If it turns out to be the bulb, we offer 6000k D2S replacements that are cheaper than OEM bulbs and will perfectly match our angel eyes if you decide to go that route in the future

Drop your price and sell it - it's overpriced and it sounds like you don't have money to mod it. So, sell it for less than you've been asking (that's why it's not selling), and save up for a car you *reallly* want.

my 2 cents

Considering selling 2002 M3 Convertible (~38,000 miles) this year (don't drive it enough...). If seriously interested, PM me. SF Bay area.
