Are these headlights OEM?

I'm pretty certain these look like my eagle eye headlights, but sales rep is stating they are OEM.

I've never seem OEMs look like this, but I could be wrong.

The ones in the black vehicle are the ones in question. The other two I took today of mine for comparison.

Angel eyes never came with our cars from the factory. So No they're not OEM.

Ok, I'll have to visit modbargains tomorrow. From the images posted they look like the same make "Eagle Eyes" and looks like they were able to open the lenses, but they're stating mine can't be taken off. They stated that the ones in the image with the black vehicle are OEM... So, the lenses could be removed, but obviously they are not oem and very much look like the ones I have.

So if the lenses on at '04 BMW are sealed how would you go about to install angel eyes on them? I have a '04 325Ci and they look sealed to me.

they're glued together so you'd need to bake them to soften the glue and peel it apart.
