What ya guys using for rear fill?

Im just curious... what did you guys put in for the rear speakers? Did you keep the stock speakers and amp them? If so.. how much power is going to the rears?

i'm using my factory mids in my rear 1/4 panels of my coupe running off the deck power. crossover set at 200HZ w/ a 24dB per octave sloap. This has worked perfect for me, & no modification to anything what so ever. They are really quite loud too. It's a perfect solution if you don't wics for any high end coming from the rear, which I do not...

well that is right because the stock amp has the crossover's built in it for the stock speakers. i'm not using the stock amp or the headunit. the only stock pieces i'm running are the factory mids in the rear 1/4 panels, and they work great for a rear fill speaker.

sorry when i said no other mod. i meant to the rear panels like you would have to do to change the existing speakers, that's why i left the oem mids in there.

if you have subs in the trunk you should probly have coaxels in the back. you don't rally need to do components because the subs are where the bass is going to be . you don't want to components to run even more bass then you ahve with the subs. right?

If you have a nice and good front system you dont need rear fills. Thats my opinion. I dont car about the people that are sitting in the back. Dont want to spend money on speakers just for the passengers.

Its a big difference. The sound is now very whell balanced. Its a fuller sound. Its a lot of difference in the front to

Still dont agree with you The music should be in front of you. No speakers at all in the rear. except for subs.

yes

i agree it should be in front of you. The pro series are more powerfull and produce a nicer sound then the RM 6 series rally. So you hear the front all the time but still it s nice to have a all around you balanced sound
