Funny automatic gearbox problem. No gears after 5-10 mins.

I have this 330d automatic 2002 which gives me headaches. The problem is very simple. It drives perfectly and after 5-10 minutes all gears dissapears. All gears only revs like in neutral. Then you turn off car, lock, unlock, start again and you have 5 minutes more drive.
So First I though it is electronics. Connected diagnostic computer - no faults.
Connected manometer and found out that oil pressure starts to move around and drops completely and gears disappears. I bought second hand gearbox with burned clutches and fitted valve body. Same problem
So followed repair thread in this forum and disassembled the gearbox, but didn't find anything suspicious...

So my question is, do you guys have any logical suggestions to that could be happening to gearbox? Gears dissapears while just standing in parking with engine on after 5 minutes...
It is gm p24 gearbox.

Thanks in advance, because now the only thing I think to buy new gearbox But I feel it is something else.

Did you reuse the torque converter from the old tranny?
What computer did you use to scan?
