Mods, please don't move this to regionals. We have people who are flying/ driving from other places and this meet is open to everyone.

A few of us have been discussing a BMW meet in another thread. I thought I would post it in here in case some of the others might want to attend. We are going to meet at Stone Mountain on Saturday, February 10th to hang out and get some pics. The time is still to be determined. The park is open that day 10:00AM - 5:00PM.

Note this change:
We'll be parking in the Marina parking lot (#70 on the map.)

Lodging info: I suggest using www.kayak.com or you may want to stay at one of the hotels in the park.

Here's a map of the park. The car museum is #15.

"Entrance into Stone Mountain Park requires an $8.00 one day parking permit per vehicle or an annual parking pass. This permit gives you access to the Park's numerous outdoor adventures for all ages including the public picnic areas, hiking trails, children's playground, walk-up trail and the spectacular Laser Light Show NOT ALL ATTRACTIONS WILL BE OPEN ON THIS DATE.."

too bad it's on a friday and not a weekend thing (Saturday/Sunday). I would love to attend a bmw weekend.. Drive from PA-GA and back with other fanatics. Hell of a lot of driving though. Did it a long time ago.
