is the uuc tse legal in CA? i get nervous when cops look cause of the sound

..but my brother in law, a CA police officer, said they can site you on any aftermarket exhaust, and if it exceeds the legal sound levels then thats a whole other thing...

uh oh, so i could get cited for it? what happens if i do get cited? i have to go and get my original exhaust and resonaotr put back in??? is the uuc louder than is aloud by law?

We did have a TSE customer who was pulled over in CA and the officer performed the sound level test.

According to the customer, the TSE was below the maximum dB level and he was let go without any ticket.

i see. i also worry about my UUC tse (order 3 weeks ago)becasue i got two ticket for fornt window tint and clear light blub, front plate. i heard from my friend said they have some legal licence approval for the aftermarket exhaust.

Do they actually carry some kind of decible meter or something?
