Jlevi SW | Vorsteiner Sedan CSL Trunk

Only 3 more people come on you guys, I remember a lot more people complaining about a perfectly fitting CSL trunk that has a nice curvature, higher arch and you can't forget the "line." And not to forget a BMW emblem that actually fits in the slot like it is supposed to no weird gap between the trunk and the emblem. Plus it is Vorsteiner so you know it is going to be .

This is my opinion only.
If it fits like a glove, has no to very minor imperfection on fitment, I might order this. But from what I've seen, previously released Vorsteiner CSL trunk for coupe/M3, fitment to me doesn't worth over $1K. There are poor fitment here and there, which to me is not "minor imperfection"
Hope they do come out with a nice product. Sedan owners, myself including, have been waiting for this for a long time.

There is no interest for a coupe trunk without a line. This is something you could have filled by a body shop if you would like.

Vorsteiner fully backs their product to fit like an OEM piece. If you are at all unhappy with the final end product you can always contact us or Vorsteiner for a replacement or advice on how to make it fit perfectly.

Wow it still surprises me the list isn't full. I know I was in disbelief when i saw it. Anyways free bump!

i dont like how the sedan csl trunk is flatish across the the top. i like the coupe one more.

Will it look like the trunk lid in the pictures in this link? I know the link is for the coilovers, but it's only for you to see which trunk lid I'm talking about.

The angle on this spoiler goes up pretty high? Notice the distance between the top of the emblem (roundel), and the edge of the top lip of the trunk. I just saw this picture of this car and I really like the trunk lid in these pictures. If it looks like this lid, Count me In!

At this time, there is not enough demand to justify production.

This just took to long to come out. Already looking for a new car

I just purchased a CSL trunk for my sedan, but I have to return it because of major fitment issues. You can put my name on the list if the following is the case:

1. NO MAJOR FITMENT ISSUES (Don't flame me - I know it's Vorsteiner, but mentioning fitment is important to me, so I said it).

2. IT CANNOT HAVE THE LINE and MUST HAVE THE CSL TRUNK HANDLE AND CSL PLATE HOLDER. (My feeling is, if I'm getting a CSL trunk, I want the complete CSL look).

agree on those concerns totally, man... if it even ever makes it into production, and even after waiting for a possible price drop, it'll still cost a grip... sigh...

I definitely want one!!

Hahaha yeah i thought this thread was dead also but I like to think the link in my signature is helping. I mean this would be one hot product I just think people are afraid to commit.

I applaud your effort but Vorsteiner already cancelled it's plans on making one. I would contact jlevi before pursuing this any further to see if they can convince them to re-think it.

Ah well I guess I will have to get one custom made or get the one from Revosport. I would have loved to see Vorsteiner make one but I guess like you said it is scrapped. I wonder what happened to all the stuff they where supposed to make for m-tech 2 front and rear bumper? Didn't they say news was supposed to come out in 4 weeks like 3 months ago.
