So driving to work today, radio just cut out and shut off. Right in the middle of Pepper by Butthole Surfers. Such dissapointment. I'm guessing it is just a fuse will take a look when I leave.

Robb, how do pioneer headunits fair if I need to replace mine? I mainly like them because some of the 2010 units are very understated in design compared to most other options. Looking at those JL Audio d-class amps you recommended as well as Zapcos. What would I need act as a crossover network for the front speakers since the OEM setup is built into the amp? I have BSW speakers all around.

You would need to either contact BSW to get the crossovers from them or source them online through ebay or something. Which speakers do you have? Rainbow?

BSW Rainbows. I could probably just pull them all out and sell them for a decent amount. Enough to cover a set of hybrid audio components for the front at the least.

Yea charlie, the easiest thing would prolly just get rid of the BSW's since they arent "that" great, and go with a set of aftermarkets that come with their own cross-overs that are built epically for THOSE speakers. Or if you can go back to BSW and get the cross overs you can go that route I suppose as well and they would work fine. The JL amps, if you want them to fit in the stock location I would assume you need to go with a HD or XD amp, and I think both come in a 5/6 channel if you still wanted to keep some kind of small sub in the back of the car. Of course we could do something that was removable for track days if you wanted. Lemme know if you have any other questions.

Ohh and Jon, if you ever wanted to do that box in the back lemme know, I am bored, and need a new project now, since I cant find a torx driver yet that can open up my SWC's

No one wants to donate to my Relay fund?
