Replaced that upper steering column bushing today and I still have that play in the wheel. It's not the bushing then. The shaft in the column stays stationary, but the whole column moves somewhat. Any ideas where to look now?

if the whole column is moving, then it sounds like a lose screw, or worn out screw hole.

17x8.5 all around. The tire size is off but that's what i bought em with 235/45. Replacing them w/ 245/40.

They are Fikse FM5 specifically made for e36 M3.

My Ride: Rental...for now.
Geez, I've been stuck in Yorktown all day. I got lost getting off on Ft Eustis Exit. Taking a stroll down Jefferson Ave looking for gas the wrong way and ending up lost at the intersection of Yorktown Rd + Jefferson Ave. I pull into the 7 eleven and talk to some hot chick in there...she tells me to keep heading straight down Jefferson Ave. So I head down the way she told me to go, and now I'm lost completely. (This is where it gets confusing). My friend next to me in the passenger tells me to head back down Jefferson Ave. and make a left on Yorktown Rd. Doing so...takes me all the way into Williamsburg ending up where we had our photoshoot on Colonial Parkway! I'm totally lost. So I ask a bike rider which way back to 64? Luckily I was right around the area she told me to go for 64.

I also get lost looking for gas on the way back, but I found my way by making like 4 or 5 U-turns at a Citgo in Newport News.

made specifically conservative. id go with 10s all around based on the pics, but theyre a bit dark under the fenders, hard to be sure.

Its a guy in my squadron. What cory would call a typical navy douchebag.

He wants to do an Invader style hood to it, and black vinyl graphics for the whole car. I gave up on him after he bought it and paid to have it painted a shade darker of grey, it looks the same to me... He's also in about 60K of debt, but keeps buying new toys all the time.

o and btw, this is what you guys missed who bailed on that mountains run we were gonna do.
http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum....php?t=1468621

its enough to make me want to do that drive when I come home from pittsburgh. Its a shortcut mileage wise, but about an hour longer than taking the highways.
