Those are just the mods it came with man, I said the same thing you're saying. why put a dinan badge if it's only got a ssk...

But also, why go out and rip it off when it does have atleast something useful by Dinan. Dmv hasn't done anything yet because my paperwork isn't correct and I have to call the bank today and see what's going on with my check being on HOLD. I understand your planning and all, but I have to find a good day for me .

I've heard of pedobear, it's just kind of random for him to try to sneak into the back seat of your M5.

im just sayin...i thought to get the authentic dinan badge you had to have 10 pts or something like that...ssk is only 1 pt...heres a copy/paste. i think u been had on that one bro

The Dinan badge cannot be purchased but rather it is provided at no charge when your Dinan performance product selections total 10 points, making your Dinan enhanced BMW or MINI as exclusive as it is exciting to drive.

When your purchases qualify for the badge, simply contact your Authorized Dinan Dealer who will assist you with the submission of the Dinan badge request form. Copies of the invoices verifying the purchase of the products will be required.

The badge will be shipped directly to the selected dealer on your behalf.

have you ever known me to post any pic of myself online with a car...EVER. You wanna see the car, come to my house Edinburgh Commons Hickory area of Chesapeake. I'm the FIRST house as soon as your drive in the neighborhood, can't miss it. Or...just come to the next meet and you'll definitely see it.

OR better yet, if the BBQ that Kiel is hosting is still going on i'll try to make it out MOST DEFINITELY with the illegal plates that are on the car, (haven't been to DMV yet)

91-year-old logs 562K miles in car
Their journey together started in 1964

Updated: Thursday, 15 Jul 2010, 7:57 AM EDT
Published : Thursday, 15 Jul 2010, 7:57 AM EDT

MILWAUKEE (CNN/WISN) - A 91-year-old great-great-grandmother is still putting the pedal to the metal, driving around town. And her car has a whopping 562,000 miles on it.

"Oh, I just think she's the most gorgeous thing on earth," said Rachel Veitch.

The car is almost like her fifth child. "She behaves better than the other four, really," added Veitch.

The 91-year-old and her 46-year-old car started their journey together in 1964.

"Cause my husband bought the car. And I never saw it until he brought it home," Veitch said.

The price back then for the V8 was just south of $3300. Since then, Veitch has taken the car on numerous adventures, even driving it 120 miles an hour "just for a mile," she said.

The Mercury Comet Caliente has enough miles on it to go to the moon and back. The engine block is original, and so is the owner. She holds birthday parties for the car and snaps a photo every 100,000 miles. The mileage, gas purchases, and repairs are all documented.

Over the years she says she's spent at least $50,000 to keep the car on the road. But she also knows how to save a lot of money.

"And I've had three sets of Sears shocks. And seven free Midas mufflers. I bought a lifetime battery from JCPenney and so I have had 18 free batteries. Firestone puts the battery in, Penney's pays for it," said Veitch.

Her "chariot" has lasted longer than her three husbands. The car even outlasted the mechanic who retired. But Vietch says retirment is not an option for the car.

Kiel I really don't care man...the guy put the badge on the car, I don't wanna screw with it because it came with the car. I'm telling you personally it doesn't have anything other than the SSK that is DINAN made. I don't know how the guy managed to get the badge but he did, and it's on the car.

just saying....

Extra badges are tacky, there is enough crap on the back of BMWs as is.

im feeling out the market hardcore for E46 M3s, and all the wicked ones that have the right basic mods already are either A. Silver, B. SMG, or C. regular ass colors like blk/blk or some grey interior BS.

i sure hope it isnt like this when im ready to buy.

stock? are you crazy?
no. stock isnt an option, im trying to save the expense of buying exhaust and/or suspension.

Get one already done and its much cheaper and easier, especially if it has something nice like KWs, or Supersprint, Gruppe M, etc on it already...
