You might try to get 245/40/18s if you can, they'll give you more clearance and still give you 245 on the road.
245/40's ? Wouldn't they look shorter then my fronts, 235/45? I'm running Bridgestone something or others. Don't remember

Not really that noticeable. I notice it because it's my car. But no one else really does. Click image for larger version

I'm down for this. It is not noticeable is it? I've seen some cars where I could spot a fender roll from a mile away

the shorter side wall would make the tire look thinner.
not sure how to explain it, but its one of the technique used in the fitment game.

Yeah bishes. Going to Northern Germany for the 1st time tomorrow. Driving too, bout 8hrs on the autobahn from here to Hamburg. I sure wish i had a faster car. But the 6 speed manual diesel lancer sport will have to suffice. Then drive back Sunday.
Never been further north than Frankfurt, and that was just the airport. Should be awesome. Cant wait.

Well yes... you have to. Just makes it a pain as opposed to my open diff last time I did it. But like my LS more so it's worth the hassle.

Got a question. Since the mew wheels I have waiting in Ca are 19x9.5 in the rear what is a good size tire to run n should I consider rolling my fenders?

You're dropped pretty low... What offset? You'd prolly wanna stretch some 225/40's would be my guess, but Snik will correct me I'm sure.
