Yeah I bailed last night. The rain was heavy and the lightning didn't seem appealing.

Washed the car up, then drove into a lightning storm. Geez I am bright.

I will say one thing, I am now a fan of Optimum No Rinse. That **** worked just as well as Glenn said it would. Now I can wash my car again!

I'm having a hard time understanding how this stuff works. How does it remove the dirt without being washed off?

Is it more like a in-between wash detailing solution? Can't imagine it will make a formal wash obsolete.

That's what I thought. Like a California brush, in between.

you pour a few ounces into a bucket of water and wash the as as normal. the polymers in the solution pickup the dirt. when you dip your mitt into the bucket against the grit guard, the contaminents are released from the mitt. i use this to wash my car weekly. after washing each panel, you just wipe dry with a MF towel preferably a Waffle Weave towel.
works great for those living at Apartments, where water restrictions are enforced and where water isnt available.

not obsolete but a great solution where water isnt available. i still use the presoak via foam gun and 2 bucket method on super dirty cars.
