I saw people getting pulled over left and right on Friday. Have basically stayed in for the holiday though, wife has a full day of classes and an exam today (WTF William & Mary?) so we had to cut short most plans.

HR is mar south? According to that MAR south sighting thread it only seems to cover PA to DC. I think those guys need to work on their geography.

northern MD to north carolina. It seems like you guys isolate yourselves from the rest of the MAR population qnd don't post anywhere but here so we can'tget to know the rest of the MAR residents... But then again i been here 2 years only, so who knows

because hampton roads isn't in MAR south. not to mention the atmosphere is so different than it is down here. you guys know, nova isn't really "the south" even though it is south of the Mason dixie line.

The "Middle Atlantic Region" consists of the states including and between Pennsylvania and Southern Virginia. The Carolinas are their own region, and GA and FL generally are, too. There's usually more feedback on these forums from the people that live in Northern VA because they have less to do at work/don't work/live off mommy and daddy's dime. It's more of a white-collar community up there.

Also, with all the adjustability you have more ways to do harm than good to handling performance unless you really spend time measuring and a lot of trial and error. I was ok with mine, but I did drive in some other cars with higher ends of the tein range, JICs, and bilstein PSS-9s and they were all leaps and bounds better (i.e. actually livable on the street and even higher limits when pushed). If I was going to go that route again I'd just pony up the extra cash for the Bilsteins, they are reasonably priced (I've seen them under 1500) for what you're getting. Really though, especially the e36 M, the car is low enough and I'm very happy with the way mine rides with Bilsteins on stock springs; maybe could switch to very modest lowering springs but I scrape enough as is.

My last S14 with the coilovers, set as high as I could get them:
yeah thats true, but i dont think any BMW is low enough stock, none.

nice S14 you had there tho...

But yeah we essentially stay out of the MAR threads cause they treat us like we're intruders sometimes.
