Help! headlight not working?!!?

So one of my halogen headlights stopped working. I did even think twice about it I just went to the dealership and got a new bulb. Put the new bulb in and it still doesn't work. I turned the high beam on to see if that bulb would come on and it doesn't come on either. At the time I tested the high beam I didn't have any bulb plugged into the low beam, I don't think that would cause the high beam not to work, but I could be wrong. Anyone ever had this problem or know what it could be?

Something kinda weird that happened a couple weeks ago I turned on the headlights and the bulb out indicator went on and then I turned the car off and back on and the headlight turned on and the bulb indicator stayed off until now. Is this a sign something is malfunctioning? My LCM is brand new a year old at the most.

same thing happened to me a couple times now, but hasnt happened for months. it happened right after i got an alarm, so im thinking they mest with the wires, but its been a long time now and everything seems fine.

im having the same problem on my driver side. sometimes it will work and after a while it will bulb out indicator will be on. when its working it has purple tint to it and the right side it blue. if have any info i would like to know as well
