Jurian's euro E36 project

I've been checking this forum out for quit a while because I love the E46 model and there are awsome bimmers on E46 fanatics. I made a small introduction a few months ago but I did a lot of work on the bimmer since then. I've got tons of photo's of the mods since I bought my E36 (call it an addiction) but I selected a few to give you an idea how it got to where it is now. I hope you don't mind a E36 between your E46 but here's the story.

This is a picture of my car before I bought it (about two years ago)

The first mods where white corners and 5-serie rims

After that I bought H&R lowering springs and 18x9.5 Keskin rims.

The rims where too wide for the fenders so I brought the car to a local bodyshop (Did'nt know then I was going to work there but I started in November last year, love the job!)

They changed the fenders for me so that my wheels would fit.

Then I bought KW var II coilovers and a Wiechers Motorsport alloy strut brace

After that I bought some exterior parts. I moulded the fog holders in the front bumper

M3 mirrors.

Rieger roofspoiler

The sideskirts needed to be a little longer.

I bought an E46 Hamman GTR replica rear bumper wich a made fit for my E36. That was quite some work.

Custom piece because then I just had 1 exhaust.

After that I cleaned the strip on the rear booth.

It opens with a small button behind the steering wheel

And painted

I bought some "BMW Motorsport International" doortrims

I also made a small start with the trunk installation.

These where the changes I made before I started to make the car ready for a fresh paint in december last year. Here are some pictures before december last year.

In december I started with cleaning the hood:

Ready for filler.

Me in action.

And ready for now.

Cleaned the trunk

Removed the side indicators.

Picked a colour.

In the mean time I installed my Eisenmann 4x70 exhaust. I love the sound.

Sanded the rear bumper again to make it more smooth.

And also ready for now.

The front bumper is getting a lip.

Made a line above the fogs.

And changed the sides.

And this is how the car looks now. I hope I don't wreck my front bumper.

I can't wait to see it painted. The next thing is getting facelift grills. After that it's almost ready for paint. I hope you like it.

Its a simple and cheap device. When you connect 12v to it, it pulles on a cord wich is attached to the lock meganism. I installed a little button and when I press it, 12v runs trough the device and the boot pops out of the lock and won't fall back in.
