Lightbulb LED Add-On for your smoked corners

For lack of a better term. Thats what I call these. Got creative and made these for my new smoke clear corners. They are super bright SMLEDs - 8 per side. Looks real nice, and will be a nice addition to autolumination LED bulbs. From far cant even tell they exist. Now if only the weather would warm up a bit so I can go and splice cables n stuff and wire them up permanently. What do you guys think?

good idea but im not feeling the staight line. you should curve it to the inner curve of the housing. then it would be hot. and hotter if they were white. good job tho.

I agree... if they formed with the inner curve it would look much better. Still a fantastic look and idea though. Hope it works out once you get it all hooked up

Yea same feeling here. Problem is that the LEDs are on a pre-printed circuit board. I may try to at least get them to follow the edge of the interior chrome line (where the black turns into chrome)...

I also agree with the curve. Set it up along the curve of the headlights with the white LEDs that blink orange when activated and you got a winner!

The first, second, third, fourth and fifth concept and so on are never perfect, I’ve experienced this a product designer. It takes time to develop an idea.

I see... well that would limit your options, now wouldn't it? lol I guess you can only work with what you've got. Looks good either way though.
