headlights
I have a 2004 325 XI with standard headlights. My low beams appear to be angled too low when driving at night. I have adjusted them, but can not get it quite right. When I do get the low beams up a litle higher, my high beams are WAY too high. Is there something else I may be overlooking? Any tricks?

Have you recently had any work done to the front or rear suspension?

I'll assume you have the bi-xenons...so with that, here is what I do. I usually pull up to my garage about 3-4 feet away and aim the lights so the top "cut off" is just level with the lowest part of my hood. Then I back it up and the lights are usually aimed at about knee level from about 20 feet back. When driving, the light spread sits perfect so the pattern lights up the the street for a good 60 feet in front of my car. I also check to make sure the lights are bright but not overwhelming to look at from about 30 feet away.
My method is by no means based in any aiming "fact" but it doesn't seem to blind other drivers at all..and I have driven other cars with my car behind me and it's not annoying one bit...but I can tell they are xenons. Hope this helps.
