E46 Touring-Central Lock Not Working

I just had the rear glass replaced in my 2002 325 XI Touring. When they installed the glass, they pinched one of the wires in the hatch release/rear wiper, this locked the rear glass completely until I took the latch apart, and sealed and correctly routed the wire. However, now my central locking doesn't work at all from the key fob. It works perfectly when actuated by the door locks or from the center lock button on the console.

Does anyone have any idea what may be the issue? The manual states that all the central locking parts are in the rear C pillar and that the antenna is in the rear left glass, so changing the rear glass out shouldn't have affected the key fob locking at all.
