For the passenger mirror to tilt down to look at the curb (to help you not curbcheck while reversing), you have to have the mirror switch selecting the drivers mirror. Your car MUST also be equipped with memory seats for this function to work.

The car simply has to have power seats. At some point, all 330s got power seats standard, so they all have that feature.
