FS: K&N 63 intake for E46 M3 with K&N or ECIS filter

Used K&N 63 intake system for all E46 M3s. It was on my car for 8000 miles. I have 2 filters, one original K&N (6000 miles), one ECIS conical filter (2000 miles) with MAF lip (the one shown in the picture).

The heatshield has pre-drilled holes, if you want to you can attach a rubber peice like what i've done to decrease hot air from the engine getting sucked into the intake. I will include all the bolts for the modification, but since I don't have the rubber piece anymore (my GF threw it away), you will have to get a rubber piece from Home Depot.

Comes with all the hardwares, and instruction.

Intake with K&N filter $170 plus shipping.
Inatke with ECIS and K&N filters $200 plus shipping.
ECIS filter along $45 shipped.

I will throw in a license plate frame for free, pick one from those two.
