I am very interested to find out how those Utopias fit also! When I looked at the door on my `02 330Ci directly behind the speaker there is a part of the window mechanism that attaches to the door there, so it did not look like cutting a hole in the sheetmetal was feasible. I ended up using ads 346is components which just barely fit. The pic below shows the location of where the cutout would have to be, and where the window channel comes down behind it and attaches to the door.
