So a package of mine was HANDED OVER TO CUSTOMS... WHAT TO DO???

I had some stuff shipped from china...and uummm yaaaaa now ont he trakcing site is says "item was handed over to customs"... the package had fake hoodies and a breitling in it... what do u think they will do?

watch is not for me, everything in the package was gifts

they will probably send you your package with some broken watch parts and ripped up clothes. Either that or a nice note or something. Customs people like fvcking with people.

I ordered something from sigapore and the guy warned me it would take a few days to get through their customs...after thats its good.

Dont bother calling...thats wayyyy more trouble than its worth, trust me. Im active miltary and Ive had a lot of dealings with customs...calling is a bust.

I have a client who has a problem with counterfeit goods. People are making knockoffs of his brand and selling them on ebay. After dicking around with cancelling ebay auctions and stuff, we've finally settled on this strategy:

1) We let the ebay auction stand. We don't try to cancel it.

2) After the auction closes, we wait a few days and then contact PayPal and have them undo the payment transaction. Usually this is after the counterfeiter has shipped the products. So they've shipped the goods, but have no money.

3) We contact US Customs and have them confiscate the shipment based on the fact that the goods infringe on a US registered trademark.

This seems to work pretty good so far - the counterfeiters are dropping off of ebay. They get tired of shipping product and getting screwed by Pay Pal.

I kid, nothing's going to happen, maybe a warning, the worst part is if they rewrapped it like crap and it comes broken, then they will blame the shipping company, the shipping company will blame custom, then they will asked you if you brought insurance, if so then they'll tell you to get contact them, insurance will tell you they don't pay for open items, then you'll call custom back, two months later, they'll call and say it was already broken when they check it. You are screwed but not by a guy name bubba, Anyway, expect the worst.

your fine dude we get gifts/clothes all the time from family in pakistan. its normal for our goods to go through customs.
