Changing Headlights on 2003 325i

Does anyone have quick and easy instructions on how to change out the headlight on a 2003 325i?

Thanks, that is soo helpful. I did that search and found nothing but mods. What about helping out your fellow bmw owner. I too have difficulty manipulating the headlight sockets. does anyone have a method for reinstalling the sockets once the bulb is replaced, or if you have a link I would be most greatful. Actually I did a search to find this thread .
