best white turn signals bulbs?

So right now, I have LED bulbs for all of my turn signals. Problem is.... they suck. They look nice and all, very white... But they're just not bright enough during the day. I was looking at those solaris niveus (i think?). anyone use them? what do you guys suggest for the best HID color match for turn signals ?

thanks.

I was thinking about getting LED turn signals from Jlevi, but you actually think that they don't work good. I could use some feedback if you don't mind. Thanks.

I've heard of those solaris bulbs, and from what I hear, they're pretty good. I know bavauto.com has good stealth bulbs also.

Yeah... the LEDs are nice and bright at night... but you can't see anything during the day. They definitely are white though. They're actually whiter than my halos. haha. I'm not so much concerned with the "stealthiness" of the bulbs... but i just want a nice white(esque) look to the bulbs. I also don't like having all those resistors wired into my car. They can get REALLY REALLY hot.

the LEDs from Jlevi are version 1. Try the V2's

they can be found at autolumination.com for like $10 or $14 or something + tax + shipping

I was thinking about the Stealth bulbs just because they keep your clear lenses, actually clear, instead of still having the yellowish color inside of them from amber bulbs.

If you guys can wait, we have some high powered LED bulbs coming in the next few weeks, that we hope will be a big improvement.

We're testing the LEDs on some cars locally in the next week or so.

That would be great... What sort of LEDs are in them? Are they the luxeon chips? Those things are insanely bright...

I can't reveal, and normally don't. But, if I can divulge some specifics that are raw numbers of output, I will. My engineers are being secretive as well on this.

Anyone know if it's possible for the dealer to flash the LCM to accept LED bulbs in the front, side and rear indicators without resistors?

the Polarg version that you have is the standard version. The one I am talking about is chrome on the outside and it blinks white instead of amber like the phillips bulbs. Instead of the blue effect you get the chrome clean effect.

www.gigagifts.com or something has it for like 9 bucks a piece. cardomain.com use to have them also.

Doubt it. It is probably a binary choice in the LCM. LED or incandescent. You could have it flashed and then put LED brake lights in as well...

I'm actually thinking of ordering a set of clear front turn signals and modding them a bit. I'm gonna try to cut part of the back open, and fit a cutom led board in there, with as many leds as i can stuff on the board. If it turns out ok... i'm gonna try the rears. :-)

these can be plug and play if you already have LED's right?
no need to get more resistors?

OH DOOD you got the wrong ones!!!! You want the ones that have LEDs that point forward, to the side, AND to the back (taking advantage of our reflector housings!!!
Look for the Matrix 2 LED bulbs on autolumination I just got mine in 7440 fitment for like $10 + shipping.
I know for a fact that they carry 1156 and 1157 (bought in bulk for a couple friends as well when I bought my bulbs). Not sure what else they have (haven't checked). I highly recommend the Matrix 2's. They look AT LEAST 2 times brighter than the matrix 1's (found on Jlevi's web site)
