+10 on the clears all around/ I would add a deep window tint too all around to complete the look.

Looks great though, nice work, $$ well spent!

I'm gonna tint the windows by the end of summer 35 on the 2 fronts and 20 on all the backs. I'm not totally sold on the clears.

As far as "clean" and "BMWish". Some confusion there. Your wheels look VERY clean to me - in the sense of tight simple lines. Many OEM BMW wheels are far from "clean", actually many are very stylized, multi-spoked, and "busy". The BMW M cross-spoke composite 101's I picked up for a summer set are very busy and some people hate on them - "too many spokes."

BMW centercaps are a nice touch too for aftermarket wheels to give them a more "stock" appearance. I did that with a set of 22" Kahn Design Wheels for my 955 Turbo.

Thats what I thought. I think they look far more cleaner then my stock snowflake wheels did . But people have their opinions and thats cool with me, I'm not gonna get bent out of shape just cause some people don't totally like them. So its all good

I don't know.. You can always check with paul at euro-spec. Thats where I got the whole kit from. The rear apron is only 160 minus shipping if my memory serves me right

Looks really good. And did you have any fitment issues with the rear add on? Because I have one thats waiting on paint and it fits almost too tight.

Yeah mine was the same way. ITs like an 1/8 inch probably less too short on one side or something. The body shop should be able to modify it for you but there gonna need your car to fit it properly.

people interested in a rear apron, just keep in mind that you will need skirts and a front lip/add on in order to make the car look right. Otherwise the rear will be much lower than the rear

Very true, I hate people who piece things together over time like that. Get like just a front bumper or just side skirts or just a rear bumper or apron. And paint it and put it on. Looks like dog crap if you ask me . It throws off the whole look of the car. If your gonna do something like that get everything at once or wait till you have everything then get it painted and put on.

+10000000000

look so silly to have one or two of the following without completing the look (front lip/front add on, skirts, rear add on)

if you wanna buy them piece by piece...fine. But just leave the install till you have everything ready to go. I saved up and bought all the pieces I have installed over a winter and then took them to the body shop in the spring once I had everything ready to go

Thanks for the info. I think that the stock wheels weigh just a bit more than that, so it makes sense that there wouldn't be much difference. The lightest ones I've heard of are around 17lb and I think that you could certainly feel that. The debadging would look cool on my wagon, I think.

Nice job! And the wheels look great. I prefer the open wheel look. You probably already mentioned this but what tires did you get?
