How to reset clock/radio after installing a new battery?? Help...

I just picked up my car from the dealership and they installed a new battery and now I don't have the clock display on my radio. Can anyone tell me how to change this back to normal? There are just a two lines now in the display...like it has been reset. I also don't have the CD/Radio information on there when the CD is playing. If I change a track..then I see the CD info on the radio display for a second..but then it goes back to a few lines. SO basically, I guess the dealership reset my clock radio/CD display when they changed the battery..so does anyone know how to get this back to normal? I looked in the manual and couldn't find it..thanks.

press the clock sign on the radio like summit said to get clock back on the head unit. To set the clock, change your computer display to clock. On the dash board, right 'adjustment' button/stick/knob, twist it to set the clock. If you dont' set the clock, it'll display dashes. All this is in your user manual.
