HID Question
Ok, so i finally decided to install a HID kit on my low beams, since i don't turn on my high beams too often...
The kit that I'm buying is a Siemens H7 HID kit http://lchid.en.alibaba.com/product/...rsion_Kit.html Will this fit like Oem, without letting water-dust into the headlamp??? What Kelvin would look better in my titansilber 323i?? Will i get the headlamp failure message on my dash?? Last edited by wceoscar; 05-04-2007 at 01:36 PM. |

i assume u have halogens.. same with me. im not sure about that kit but i made sure there was no open flow going through the headlights with some silicone.
u will probably get the bulb out warning on your dash until you actually turn the lights on.. then it goes off

When you purchase an H7 HID kit, you will need to modify the base of the bulb and housing in order to make it fit as they are not direct replacements.

yea the warning light will still come on. you have to flash your car to make it go away or pull fuse 32.
why don't you just buy p46's? it's pretty much plug and play. jlevi can help you out with that if you have anymore questions. and for the fogs, they look like 8000k.
