Isn't it supposed to be dawn+clay+shampoo+dry+wheels+Z1/Z5+Z6+Z2
wait 6 hours and repeat Z2+Z6?

the process is a full day process if you plan on doing it right. Dawn, then claybar, then shampoo, then pre-lok, then scratch remover polisher, then polish... then i did another coat of polish. The polishes take a damn long time to dry... so DO IT VERY SOON before it gets too hot and you have to wait like 4-5 hours for it to dry. Pre-lok only takes like 30 minutes max to dry before you apply the scratch remover

BUT DO IT!!! ITS WORTH THE TIME

Guys, get ZFX, it speeds the curing process. Plus if you use it you do not need Z1. So its either what atyclb described or..

1 coat
dawn+clay+shampoo+dry+wheels+Z1/Z5+wipe off + Z6

2 coats
dawn+clay+shampoo+dry+wheels+Z1/Z5+wipe off (then
wait 6 hours if outside temp is <70, 24 hours if >70 then Z2+wipe off) + Z6

"Dawning" is the generic term for using dishwasher soap to strip your car's paint of wax.
I dont know what dishwasher soap works best, but I guess Dawn would be the weapon of choice.
This is the only time and reason you want to use dishwasher soap!!
