LED tails vs clear tails?

Quick poll...LED clears or halogen clear tails. If it is $40 more for LEDs is it worth it?

Also, anyone have experience with changing your roundel colors through the decals? Worth it? My car is black, so think that would look sweet.

Thanks,
NicB.

On a pre-facelift sedan, I'd just go clears. personal preference.

"experience" with changing your roundel colors? Can you apply a sticker? It's easy and looks good .

Lol...yes I applied me e46fanatics sticker the other day. I meant how does it look when completed. Assume I am an expert sticker applier.

for your car. oem clears look best.

and for the roundels, it looks good if you do it good. but the draw back is that they will start to peel.

pre-facelift here...

I dunno, but to me the back looks better with non-LED tails... I don't like the look of a bunch of dots... with OEM clears (and stealthbulbs) it looks clean...

If you are going for LEDs, do the clear/red style. I would go with these out of the two but if you go with halogens, then do the red/clear/red. We have the r/c/r in stock and ready to go, the LEDs will be available within a week
