Nah. I admit the RCR's look best on a sedan. But the lines on the CR match the sedan's body lines better. Body crease doesn't line up with the CR on a coupe. BUT, still, for some reason looks a bit cleaner being shorter on a coupe.

Either or works for me. Had RCR (halogen) last year. Loved it, but wanted a new look this year. Back in AR mode for the moment, and they don't look half bad.

I think they look a lot better than the red/clear ones. There should be some pictures of red/clear sedan LED tails in the showroom.
how did you get the light out warning off? im considering also

Mach330: Is the red of the trunk lights a perfect match to the leds? where can i purchase just the trunk lights from?

I purchased a set of trunk lights that were painted to imitate the coupe look, but when im backing up it looks funny because my backup lights shine through some of the red in addition to the white cutout. The ones pictured dont share the problem correct?

THANKS.

You have to wire in load resistors. I am going to put mine in this weekend when I have the time. You can buy them from here - http://superbrightleds.com/tail-brake-turn.html

Load resistor kits are near the bottom of that page, cheapest I have found and I got them within a few days of ordering.

yeah..it's a perfect match for me. i got mine from UED when they had the group buy.

it included the trunk lights. the reverse light is getting cut off a bit just like yours though. i guess it's just the way it was designed.
